About Piprapilv

Piprapilv OÜ is a workforce-solutions company based in Tallinn, Estonia. We help employers find skilled workers — primarily from India — and we take care of relocation, employment and ongoing support. As the legal employer, we handle payroll, tax, registration and compliance, while our client companies direct the daily work.

We are a young company, and we intend to grow steadily and responsibly. What guides us is simple: treat workers well, keep things compliant, and make the process easy for employers. Workers are never charged a fee, are paid fairly on the same terms as local employees, and have additional private health insurance on top of their state coverage — because we treat health and safety as a genuine priority, not a formality.
